Burden Barer

We are not meant to take on the full weight of someone else's burdens, worries, problems, issues, or circumstances. We can barely bear our own weight in those areas. To take on other people's weight is crushing. We crumble under the weight of our own circumstances. This we can not do alone. Jesus said come unto me all that labor and are heavy laden and he will give us rest (Matthew 11:28-30). His word also says for us to Bear each other's burdens(Galatians 6:2), not to take it all but to help one another. Know your limits but also know to do it with him(Christ). Seek him first for your own loads and seek him first for other people's loads. In this we will  know where we can help, or talk, know when to step back, and when to move out of the way so you are not crushed.
There's so much going on in the world around us. So much going on in our own personal lives. Jesus is standing there waiting with open arms for us to cry out to him so that we may be saved. No He may not eradicate all the issues but He will give you hope where things seem hopeless. He will give you peace in the chaos. He will restore your heart and your compassion toward others. Even when people are attacking you. We can have all this in Jesus Christ who gives us strength. He paid the price to lift our burdens, to save us from ourselves, and from the crushing weight of this world. Call on him today with a sincere heart. Call on him out of your tiredness, out of your weariness, and out of your own striving to do it all by yourself. We need Him- creator of heaven and Earth, God of All flesh. Nothing surprises him. You don't have to dress yourself up. You don't even have to put on a fake smile. Go to him in all your wellness, give all of your heart and all of your pain and all of your burdens, even in all of your joy. Go to Christ Jesus, he loves you on your darkest day and in your worst actions. He loved you before you took your first breath, hallelujah.
Go to The God who created the universe because he is able to make the universe bow to you. The power of life and death is in our tongue. Our words have power. Find out what God's word says and speak that into your life. Know him for yourself. He will change your life because he makes all things new. God bless you. We are praying for you. Blessings on blessings! C-ya

Sowing seeds

In the Bible it says that you reap what you sow which can be applied to our natural Life as far as the things that we do in life that will produce something later on in our lives. so the seeds that we plant/sow whether we're sowing seeds of Love, sewing seeds of hate, sewing seeds of envy, sowing seeds of unforgiveness, sowing seeds of bitterness sowing seeds of anger; whatever seed you are sowing, whatever you are doing to other people, whatever actions you are taking in every area of your life; those are seeds that are being sown and will produce something later on in your life. understand that every seed that is sown whether it is metaphorically, physically, spiritually, agriculturally from the food that we gather from the ground; every seed that is sown is smaller - so much smaller than the harvest that it produces. so please understand that whatever you do it may seem small to you and you may not think that it's going to come back to you, but every seed that is sown produces something greater than the size of the seed. please be careful of the words that you use, of the actions that you take, of the thoughts that you think because what it produces in your life later on when you have forgotten the words that you said, when you have forgotten the actions that you've taken, when you have forgotten the thoughts that you think; it comes back greater than what you put out. Galatians 6:7 do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. a man reaps(gathers) what he sows(plants).

Proverbs 12:12 (NIV)

The root of the righteous flourishes. Proverbs 12:12

When you think about the roots of a tree or a tree root they go in many different directions and they dig deeper to secure themselves or to secure the tree. A root doesn't just go straight down, nor is there just one root but the roots dig deeper and deeper to get the nourishment or the water and the foundation it needs to thrive. So when you think of this scripture 'the root of the righteous flourishes' understand that we that are righteous because we believe who Jesus is and we take God at his word; everything that flows from us, every gift that he's given us, every talent every area of our life flourishes. It may not look like it at this very moment but God is using it for his glory and to work for the good of those that love him according to his purpose.

HOPE

The happenings in the world are scary, but we don't have to be afraid or fearful. The things we see are heartbreaking, but we don't have to be dismayed. It doesn't make us care less or numb but those that are in Christ know that we have a hope that keeps us. A hope thats keeps our heart, our mind and our spirit. We that have that hope have been tasked to share it with others so they too have the hope of glory in spite of the circumstances good or bad.
 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. John 16:33

Action vs results, DO/AND

Philippians 4: 6 - 7 DO not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God. AND the Peace of god, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (NIV).

Take note of these words:
1. anxious means uneasiness, fearful, or worried.
2. Petition is the gathering together on common ground. When people want to conquer or resolve an issue they find those that are like-minded and come together to express or show their agreement. The Google definition is a formal written request typically one signed by many people appealing to authority with respect to a particular cause. The King James version uses the word supplication instead of petition. Supplication means the action of asking or begging for something earnestly or humbly.
3. Present means to give or show.
4. Transcend means to be or go beyond the range or limits of.
Read the verse again and substitute the meanings for the actual words.

Verse 6 tells you what to do(action) and then verse 7 tells you what will happen(result). When we take our situations to God the peace of God comes to perform. This peace works by transcending all understanding or going beyond all understanding. The way that it does this is by guarding your heart and your mind. However it has a certain power behind it and that is in Christ Jesus.

Whatever you are going through, whatever it looks like, whatever you have done or failed to do, whatever you need to stop or start, do not get stuck in it. Bring everything to God. Talk to him about it first. Tell him what you want, how you feel, release that thing to him, and come into agreement with his will for you. Then thank him for being a place of refuge, a place of safety and comfort. You must believe and trust him to do better than you asked him to. In the middle of chaos you will have peace that you can't even explain, because God will keep your heart and mind, but it is only through Christ Jesus! Do you know him(Jesus)? He is waiting for you to receive his gift of salvation, freedom from your sins. Receive him today by asking him to forgive you of your sins and believe that he died for you. Don't try to make sense of it. It's not supposed to make sense. It's supposed to make you different.

Highway to Hell

 Many people miss out on who God is and his gift because they do not want to submit, answer, or be accountable to anyone. Everything is their way or the highway. They think God is a tyrant or dictator, which if he was they would not have free will. God is not demanding but loving, forgiving. He wants to be your God, father, protector, provider, and healer. Everything that you need He wants to supply. He wants you to be like him and follow his ways {And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. Luke 9:23}. Jesus is the example. God is not about do as I say not as I do. He is a do as I do God.

Like a father to a child you can see some of the father's ways in the child, some good some bad. No matter how many times the father says do as I say not as I do, the child learns from the father's ways. God does not want to ruin your life. He wants to make it better. {For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9}

God never fussed or cussed, pouted or belittled us. He loves us but not because of what we do. He loves us because he created us. Only God has the right to say, 'after all I've done this is how you treat me?'.  We, in our selfishness, treat each other like everyone owes us and we owe no one. This is not God's way. Let's not forget we will all stand before God someday. Will he say to you well done my good and faithful servant or depart from me I never knew you. Choose life, choose love, choose God's way, choose Jesus cause our way is the highway to hell.

Be Made New.

Your mind and spirit has to be renewed, made new in order to grow in the newness of Christ. {Romans 12:2, And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.}
 Otherwise you crumble under the weight of the newness in Jesus Christ by letting your old ways keep you from expanding with it. Thereby the new knowledge is wasted and it does not benefit you or others. {Matthew 9:17, Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.}
Food for thought, our daily bread.

Mature Responsibility

It's time to grow up. It is time to stop relying on other people to get us to a higher place in god. God is God all by himself. Anyone that speaks for God is only an instrument. If people lead you astray woe to them, but it is not their negligence alone. We have a choice. We can believe a person, pastor, preacher, minister, friend, mama, dad, teacher. We can believe what they say or we can put in the work, research, study, and seek for ourselves. Take responsibility for your own relationship with God the Father.

 As a child we were all at a place of ignorance and relied on someone else to help guide us, clothe us, and teach us, but at some point we grew to do for ourselves(1 Corinthians 13:11). Even if someone tried to keep us dependent on them we still have the ability to break free and make our own choices. You have your own mind. God should be our only dependency and we should teach our children and other people the same, because people in their flesh will always let each other down. God never fails or disappoints. We only perceive his ways with misunderstanding(Isaiah 55:8-9).

Learn and grow, then teach others to get to that place where they can do the same. We all should be ever learning, not stuck waiting for someone else to tell us what word to read or when to praise. A child cannot stay a baby and drink only milk all their lives(Hebrews 5:12-14, For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. KJV)

We as believers need to progress in Christ. Don't stop at just being saved. Dig deeper into God and His word. Press pass just being saved and getting by(Philippians 3:14). Seek the kingdom and your role in it, (Matthew 6:33). It's time to mature in Christ and be responsible for your own life and soul salvation.

 I hope you are checking the scripture references. This blog is to help you grow so you must do your own search. Those who are hungry will learn to feed themselves and be filled(Matthew 5:6). Those satisfied with just getting by will not lift the fork to their mouth even when it is next to their hand(Proverbs 19:24, A slothful man hideth his hand in his bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again). Which one are you?

 I pray you are blessed and that you are growing and maturing in the word of God and living a life like Jesus Christ. God bless you in Jesus name. Blessings on blessings 🙏
